Shipping ceramics is a skill and gauging the cost is extremely difficult. If your automated shipping charges come out to be significantly higher than the actual cost, we will refund you the difference.

We use biodegradable packing peanuts and cardboard. Plastic bubble wrap is seldom used but if it appears with your order rest assured it’s been upcycled from another shipment!

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Only pieces damaged via UPS/USPS are eligible for replacement or refund. If a piece arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of the posted delivery date with the following:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the piece(s) and related damages.
- A photo of the parcel box with the shipping label/number clearly in view.

You will receive a refund or a new piece will be sent.

CARE

CARE

Ceramic is quite durable and proper care will ensure its longevity.

Although ceramics can withstand dishwasher and microwave environments, hand washing is recommended.

Please do not put ceramics in the oven. Temperature shock may occur and crack your piece.
